SHIPPING

Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 10 O’clock can be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm. Order placed on Friday, can be guaranteed for next day but it can be delivered by Monday via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm

If you are not at home and missed the delivery by Royal Mail, you should receive a card notifying you of your missed delivery and detail of re-arrange the delivery. The parcel will be sent to your local post office. 

If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered, please send us an email at info@aazzurro.com stating Name, Item & Date of Order.

RETURNS

You can return your item within 14 days of purchase. By any reason you decide to return the time, please send us an Email to info@aazzurro.com, confirming the return and we should receive within 14 days of the purchase date.

You are responsible for return postage. 

Item should be unworn, without any scratches  in perfect condition and in its original packaging

Earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reason.

We process the refund within 2 days from when we have received the product. It may take up to 10 working days to show your Bank Account.

If you received the faulty or damage product, please notify us by email info@aazzurro.com with photographic evidence.
